Bartram Springs Summer Camp 2021

We are proud to be bringing another great year of Summer Camp to Bartram Springs!
All participants are required to register ONLINE for all weeks that he or she would like to attend. A 15% deposit of all weeks that camper will be attending is due upon registration. FINAL BALANCE are due by Monday on the prior week that the camper will be attending and you will recieve a reminder email. Secure payments are ONLY being processed through Paypal (Credit Card or Debit Card.) Cash and check are no longer being accepted. If you do not have access to a computer, you may come to the front office and use our tablet to complete registration and payment.
No exceptions will be made. Refund requests or changes in dates must be submitted in writing to Sarah Johnson at sarjohnson@vestapropertyservices.com. You will be contacted directly if we are able to accommodate the request, however they will be considered on a case by case basis.
Morning drop off starts at: 7:30AM. Afternoon pick up by 5:30PM
All of our counselors are CPR/First Aid Certified as well are required to be background checked and 18 or older. All campers are required to complete a swim test. The test will be conducted on Mondays, and will only need to be completed once if participating in multiple camp weeks. If your camper does not pass they will be required to wear a swim vest. They can re-test any number of times, but can only take the test once per day.
Current Covid Restrictions: There will be no field trips, masks are required for campers and counselors inside and outside when social distancing isn’t possible, there will be more outside activities, and drop off sites may vary due to social distancing. (Subject to change)

Week 8: July 19th - July 23rd Television
Week 9: July 26th - July 30th Science!
