Bartram Springs Summer Camp 2022
*Limited spots are available to 40 campers per day
*Single Days - Pre-registration is required, NO REFUNDS will be issued for SINGLE DAYS.
We are proud to be bringing another great year of Summer Camp to Bartram Springs!
All participants are required to register ONLINE for all weeks that he or she would like to attend. A 15% deposit of all weeks that camper will be attending is due upon registration. SINGLE DAYS must be paid in full upon registration. FINAL BALANCES are due by Monday on the prior week that the camper will be attending, and you will receive a reminder email. Secure payments are ONLY being processed through Paypal (Credit Card or Debit Card.) Cash and checks are no longer being accepted. If you do not have access to a computer, you may come to the front office and use our tablet to complete registration and payment. No exceptions will be made.
Refund Policy - Refunds must be requested in writing through email
to your Lifestyle Director. All refunds will be processed less a $35.00
processing fee per week. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SINGLE DAYS; however, you do have the option to switch days if you choose.
Morning drop off starts at: 7:30AM. Afternoon pick up by 5:30PM
All of our counselors are CPR/First Aid Certified as well are required to be background checked and 18 or older. All campers are required to complete a swim test. The test will be conducted on Mondays, and will only need to be completed once if participating in multiple camp weeks. If your camper does not pass, they will be required to wear a swim vest. They can re-test any number of times, but can only take the test once per day.
Current COVID Restrictions: There will be no field trips, masks are encouraged for campers but not required. *Subject to change.
